First Bath!

Lyla was less than thrilled to have her first bath. Since she screams every time we change her diaper we thought this would probably be the case. If we poured water over her feet and legs, she calmed down, and she loved having her head rubbed. We know it will get better, but it was noisy in our house for a few minutes!

Lyla's Newborn Photo Shoot

Our friend Megan came over to take pictures of Lyla (and family) on Saturday. She did a wonderful job, as usual! While Noah is usually enthralled with Lyla (as I've mentioned before...) he was less than ready to interact with her or do what we wanted him to do during this shoot. We were fortunate to get the good ones we did with him!
