We've had a busy weekend!

It's impressive what responses can be elicited with a simple statement...you may remember a few posts ago that I made a comment about how many people do (or don't) read my blog. Well, come to find out...many more than I thought read this! (Apparently many don't know how to post a comment...so there's a lesson at the end of this post.) So at first, I felt the pressure to be witty and clever and completely entertaining with all of these viewers...then I thought to myself, "Self, people were reading before you thought you needed to be witty and clever and completely entertaining...I suppose they will keep on reading anyway! Plus, they're likely only skimming the words and skipping straight to the pictures of your absolutely adorable baby!" So without further ado, more pictures of my absolutely adorable baby...(as always, you can click on the pictures to make them larger for more enjoyment). :)

Grandma and Grandpa Sampson came for a visit this weekend...Noah was napping in his crib when they arrived, and it was all I could do to hold them back from running in his room and scooping him up! :)  But as soon as he woke up, they were ready for some cuddle time.

Grandma came bearing gifts of winter clothes. Now we're more ready for cooler weather!
Noah got in a few naps here and there...

The pacifier doesn't have to actually be in his mouth to be calming!  ha! :)
We tried out our grill for the first time...Daniel wasn't sure about it, but he did an awesome job. We'll be doing that a lot more often!
And Bub and Rae came with new (to us) furniture! (The bookcase and changing table/dresser/hutch). They match the crib and made Noah's room seem more comfy. We love them!!

Commenting Tutorial:
Just below this post you will see "0 Comments" (unless someone comments...then that number will change). Click on it. There will now be "Post a Comment" with a box underneath. Type in that box whatever lovely comment you would like to leave for Daniel and Noah and I. Underneath the box, there will be a drop-down selection after "Comment as". If you are not logged in to gmail or a profile, you can click "Anonymous". If you do that, make sure to leave your name at the end of your comment so we know who you are! Then click "Post Comment". Sometimes, it may have you type in a security code (it will say something like "Type what you see in the box") so do that and post comment. Looking forward to hearing from you!

  4. What a great idea, to do a tutorial on commenting! Bc I keep being told that people read mine too, but I barely ever get comments, and I love them! I need to get better at updating the blog but I always seem to find other things that need to be done around here! And E doesn't sleep as much as he used to! Love the new clothes, we have a few of those onesies! :) Miss ya!

  5. I am all caught up on your life again! Gonna have to get over to see this little guy that is growing by leaps and bounds soon. The other aunts and uncles are getting too much press. (Just kidding) Hopefully it won't be long.
    Love, "Grandma" Janice
